Welcome, I’m Rebecca Florence and I am a fully qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor based in Braintree.  I have successfully worked with both men and women of all ages dealing with many different issues.

Amongst others, these have included bereavement, life-limiting illness, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, sexual abuse, obsessive thoughts and low self-esteem.

My aim is to provide a safe and supportive place to help you make a difference to your life, at a pace which feels comfortable for you.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy BACP and as such, I adhere to their professional code of Ethics and Practice.
